I did Rippetoe's strictly for a month and then had a month off. School, college applications, prom, shore, track injuries, inflexibility, everything screwed me up. And being a teen, it is SOO hard to stay consistent. I'm going to try again, but with the 5x5. Rippetoe's is cool, but it gets boring (I don't know why I think this will be more fun).

I'll start low and eat well again - I used to be a vegetarian until two months ago. I start tomorrow.
