hey whatsup brahhs.

alittle about me:

16 yrs old, will be 17 in june.

BW-212 16-18% bf?

Lifts:
Squat-230x5
Bench-205x5
Deadlift-275x5


i am currently doing madcows 5x5 and been on it for about 7 weeks.

also for those who want to follow my journal on bb.com i am GetBigyo.

Goals by end of summer/winter:

BW-215 12-13% BF

Squat-300x5
Bench-225-240x5
Deadlift-350x5

I am currently Lean massing/Recomping with 300 cals over maintence on training days and 300 under on off days. i do 2 HIIT session on off days and 30 min LISS on training days.i HAVE OCD where i overanalyze everything i have to stop this.

I have ran two cuts before and two bulks before and failed.i didnt lose any fat or gained fat i was just not doing it right. I feel when i get alot stronger and gain LBM the fat will fly off.


I WILL NOT CUT UNTIL I HAVE ALOT OF LBM WHICH WILL MOST LIKELY BE MARCH OF NEXT YEAR WHEN I WILL RUN A SUCCESSFUL CUT!!!!!!!

-I was still kind of sick from weekend (bad allegies) so i had a pretty bad workout.
-Squats were impossible and im pretty sure i wasnt going parallel on 230.I am decreasing the weight all the weight to about 195 to nail a solid 5 reps.
-Bench was hard but i had my friend spot me who knows nothing and was a terrible spotter lol.im going to try 210 on friday cause i feel i can do it.
-Rows:D

You're better off being safe than sorry. I used to do this too and I ended up just getting stuck because I kept "feeling" like I could do more. Never could :)

Keep it simple, don't get greedy. So it'll take you another few days to get to 210. Oh well. A year from now you think those 5 days are going to make a huge difference?

thanks. im going to try 210 on Friday for 2-3 reps and drop the weight on squats

-Focused on form since it was light day so good day to do so on Squats.
-Even Though i only got 3 on MP im very happy.
-I tried a different warmup for deads because the 5x5 burns me out so much for my top set of 5. 285 was pretty tough but PR

-i honestly dnt know if ishould or not. i dont think i have any muscle too cut.
-Also im really debating on signing up at Redpointfitness. com i heard great things bout it.
-If i signup with them ill do a recomp with them

I typed up a lengthy response to your 'OCD' shit but why bother? Whatever advice we/I give you, you'll ignore after 2 weeks and do something different.

Better change your journal title to 'continue being so OCD and never gaining'. cause that's exactly what you're doing.

Listen to AOI any everyone else telling you the RIGHT thing to do.Your going to be 17 years old, lift,eat healthy and get stronger. your lifts are not good (no offense) and you need to continue and lift heavier and heavier weight.Do what everyone has told you and eat over maintence on Training days, under off days with cardio invlved and you will see a huge gain in LBM and even getting leaner in the process.Get your lifts to 275/350/405 and do what everyone is saying and see how well you changed your body.Im guessing you want to cut because your seeing all the 150lbers cutting to 6 packs on BB.com. well let me tell you the path your going at will probably get you "ripped" at about 170 serious. Just take everyones advice man, there here to lead you in the right direction.
