Parallel Bar Dip
Pull up

I like the notion of working out only when I feel that my body is ready. Does anyone have any type of experience with these routines?

my thoughts are if you can do more why limit yourself? Abbreviated routines work well but a few more lifts wont hurt.

The least you could do is separate that into a 2way split

TB Deadlift
OH press

Dip
Pullup

with as many rest fays as you need in between

theres a diff between doing an abrev workout when you know u need it and doing it all the time, to me thats just lazy.
