Hey guy's.

I just recently turned 16, and my goal is to start working out.

I have NO knowledge what so ever of working out or dieting.

I would just like to know what would be best for me.:wink2:

I'm 5 feet 11 inches tall.

I'm pretty weak =[

And I want to change that =]

And also my friend is wanting to lose some weight and I told him I'd start going to the gym with him.

So any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED =]

If you need any more info let me know.

Thanks,

Josh.

JRob.

First thing:

1. Read ALL the stickies in the teen section
2. Read ALL the stickies in the IA's MUST read section
3. Read ALL the stickies in the diet AND training section
4. Start on the "Simple Power Based Routine." You can find that in the "Routines" section.

OP's mindset- "I'll take number 4."

This is exactly why so many regular users of this board are furious. Try doing some reading, use the search function, put in some effort - no one is going to hand things to you.

Shut up...

As for the original poster listen to what Skar said that is a great start and I am honestly jealous of the fact that you find this place as early as you did.
