A lot of the time that I a working out i get elbow joint pain the day after. Sometimes, its bad enough that it really hurts to extend the arm.

I am sure its really isn't supposed to be like that, am I extending the arm too much? Making it too straight?
Or is it that my joint it weak or something?

Some feedback would be appreciated.

I am 19 155LB 5.9"

Started seriously working out recently, but have been working out for months at a time before, just got lazy and stopped.

what exercises do you get it from?

I am just now starting the power routine recommended on the site (to see if it works for me)
But I mostly got it from bench pressing, most triceps exercises, and also Seated Cable Rows.

Pretty much a lot of things that involve hand extensions.

Triceps extension, the triceps machine (don't know the name the one where u sit down and push the handles down) are the worsts.
After I do them it hurts a lot.

I find that if i control the weight more the elbow pain goes away ie no snapping the weights.

IA told me over the phone that elbows are very sensitive areas and that even after benching still need to be warmed up. Start with a very light weight and get the joints warmed up and then build up to your work sets

Ill try warming up a lot more then i have been. Maybe that will help.
