For my deload this week I am trying to put together a routine focused on joint rehabilitation and mobility. I have read a lot about shoulder rehabilitation techniques but am a bit lost how about how I should organize my week to focus on ALL my joints. Do you guys have any suggestions for different exercises or stretches I can use this week? Any routines you typically use to replenish your worn down joints on your deload week?
