Terrible form! Mine are much better than that... and 70 pounds lighter. :)

Thats some sick stuff. I love watching his stuff ever since wandering over to IM.com a couple years ago.

Dave Henry trains DC style for all of you that do not know. And for all of you that are positive only 1 set a bodypart could never work:D

I realise that DC counts the entire work set including the double rest pause as 1 set.

My opinion is that it's 3 sets all be it with a VERY short rest time between sets.

This is in no way a negitive comment about DC, but I just find it hard to accept it as a true SINGLE set.

It is ONE extended set. That is like saying if you are doing a 20 rep squat and you stop to breath 4 times during the set you did 5 sets. Yes, the line is blurry, but if you get 10 reps on your first failure point, you might get 2-3 more, then 1-2 more reps. While they are "sets" technically, they are nothing like waiting 2 minutes+ and doing 3 x 10.

Yes I appreciate what you're saying Wesley and I appreciate that you can see where I'm coming from.

Your right, they are examples of extended sets < thats the best way to describe it.

I used to do hammer curls with 105s, there might have been anadrol in my creatine though ;)

IMO I wouldn't really call that horrible form either, nothing wrong with body english in a set of curls. Francois Benfatto was someone who never used body english but also one of the smaller guys.
