Just remember to keep the bar close to the body, drive your hips into it, and drive your heels into the floor. There were some good reps and some reps where the bar appeared to float forward on you, which could be caused by a number of things.

Thanks for checking it out SB, I appreciate the advice. I think this is something I have to drill into my head, driving through the heals. Not only for deads but for squats too.

One question...When im pulling the weight.. I should not be pulling up but rather almost into me so If I were to let go of the bar when I was set up I would fall back on my ass right? If that makes sense.

Yes, that is how I teach it. Fall back with no bar.
