6 feet only 150 pounds. I am very skinny for my height. I think for my height, the average weight I should sustain is 175-180. That is the weight I want to achieve.
I want to do it in a years time or if possible within 6-8 months.

I am a beginner.
I don't know what foods to eat.
I don't know what lifts/exercises to do.
I know stretches, but that's about it.

Also my food supply is slim and I don't have too much money to waste on food, so I need to know a list of low foods I could eat. I could do the math. :)

Little bout me...

I don't know what foods to eat. Beef, eggs, chicken, vegetables, rice and so on. Break them down into Protein/carbs/fat.
I don't know what lifts/exercises to do. Simple power based routine posted on this site.
I know stretches, but that's about it.

Also my food supply is slim and I don't have too much money to waste on food, so I need to know a list of low foods I could eat. I could do the math. :) If you dont have the $ for the food, you will have to be very creative to get in the right amount of calories or dont even start training. Food is one of the most important things.

My OPINION above. Dont take it as an advice.

What im do going to advice you is READING, the pro´s here dont like this kind of questions, it seems like you want things handed to you. If you just dont have the time/knowledge to set up something, hire a trainer (IA or SB).

There is a thread around here that DBDC made that gives tips on eating on a budget, try searching for it in the nutrition section maybe.

And Schmee your manners suck commenting on his language skills. Gus helped you. If you're going to be a grammar checker, find another board.

Gus speaks English as a second language which means he knows two languages. How many do you know?
