Hello.

Two weeks ago, i began to hit the gym, after two months without stepping on it. The case is between the 4 and 6 am,when the cold is much strong, my chest and back began to hurt me. The pain increased with the workouts. It's not the typical pain one day after the workout. Well, i went to the doctor, and he said the pain is totaly muscular. He indicated me a 21 days of rest and a Muscle relaxants. The pain disappeared , and i sleep well again :D.

That had never happened to me :scared: , i stared with a lighter weight :(. The cold is really the determining factor here, because in the past i have returned to the gym, and the the only pain that i have felt was the post workout, but this horrible cold wasn't present.

Have this thing happened to you?????

What workout do you think is suitable for me after the 21 days? the simple power based could work well?(i suck, really suck on lift)

Just so there is no confusion........you are training between 4 and 6 am and it is very cold in your gym? How were your warmups?

With the early training and the cold temps you need to warm up really well before you get into your work sets or you will be extremely sore and may even cause some muscle strain.

Simple power based routine is a good choice without knowing more about you.
