the bar is 1 inch bellow my knee cap

TAK do u use hook, DOH or mixed grip?

and what are the risks of tearing your biceps if u use mixed?

Good form on the pulls bro.

Tell your camerman to turn the camera next time, your vids look like the old school batman vids where they climb up walls :).

bicep tares do to mixed grip are very rare. I don't see many people ranting about how they tore their bicep doing mixed grip deadlifts. Also take into account your genetics and how you train/recover. I remember asking about tares and i got a reply saying something like once your in the 600lbs or more tares and injuries of all types are almost inevitable

Is that all the room you really need to pull a sled?

and is it supposed to be that heavy?

I might start pulling a sled, did not realize you could do it in this small of a space.
