I have an adjustable bench that is really solid in most respects, but it does have about a 1/4" side to side wobble. I really hate that aspect, and it does affect my form. I could tack weld it and solve the problem, but then no incline for me  . Any easy fixes? Do I just need to buy another? If so, which one?

If necessary, I'll get a pic of it up when I get home (on Christmas vacation right now)

Buy a used commercial adjustable incline bench and you won't have that problem. Always try it out first.'

I'll try to tomorrow or the next day. I'm out of town and will be busy tomorrow (picking up a new puppy).

I have the Body Solid adjustable bench (no uprights). I've had it for 6 years now. I've benched 425 on it (and I weighed 260 at the time) and it's rock solid.

it may be something as simple a drilling a hole and welding a nut so you can use a bolt to lock the position in but still be able to adjust it. You definitely will get a better piece of equipment if its designed with a commercial purpose but there is going to be some movement somewhere
