when i do my squats (right now im just working on form with 135) my wrists end up hurting really bad and it feels like its supporting the weight

Do you have wrist wraps, those would help. If not try a wider grip.

You can actually get a pair of wraps for free at Prowriststraps.com right now if you purchase something else. the code is twofree I think.

Your traps should be supporting the bar, not your hands.

Try widening your grip or put the bar up higher on your upper back
