I singed up with IA recently and found my maxes over the weekend. I have a couple vids, one each of my squat and bench maxes. Couple things I noticed - When squatting, I have a problem with my knees drifting forward and my left knee shaking a bit and going in occasionally. Also, my lower back rounds when I'm in the hole (but you can't see that in the vid). For bench, keeping my elbows tucked more and having a straight bar path are two things I need to work on. Any suggestions to better form would be greatly appreciated!

Lower the weight for squats you didnt hit depth and work on form, you are most likely not doing what you need to do to stay tight ... make sure you push out with the sides of your shoes hence the leg going "in"

I'm pretty sure I hit the right depth, but it's kinda hard to tell in the vid. You are right on the knee issue, I don't recal spreading the floor with my feet, hence my knee going in. Thanks!

try and make sure to spread your knees on the decent that will help also.
