Well, here is the video.

Triple bodyweight x 11+ reps. Could have done more if the pain wasn't so distracting after the 7th rep. You'll notice after a scream "ouch" the reps really slow down.

My toe is pretty well shot at this point. Basically split the top right off it including the nail. Been cleaning and disinfecting but its been hard to get the hamburger to seal up and quite bleeding. My house needs a good mopping after all the blood everywhere. Broken as well I'm sure.

I took a picture of my toe but its quite disgusting so i left it out of the video.

When I got to work today there were a set of Steal Toes laid out on my desk chair. I made it in late as I was disinfecting, soaking, and rebandaging my foot this morning and my guys found out why I was late.

I have to hand it to them pretty funny.

I think I can cut them down and actually affix them to my chucks. LOL

Diesel as hell 'Buki. I know what your going through, broken and smashed a couple of toes before. Worst part is there is nothing anyone can do to make it better, well except for drugs.

Thanks guys.

Just got back from the doc. Said swelling and bleeding would continue for awhile and to make sure I kept it clean and dry. With the toe split wide open infection can get right to the bone I guess which is sheared.

Just to be clear

this is NOT a recomended training method. There are no benefits IMHO other than testing endurance strength and looking cool:p

i do something like this ever 6-12 months is all. just did it two weeks in row cause i was sick when i did it last week.

You can see right were it split down the center

Severed the bone as well after getting xray yesterday.

I heal real quick so should be up and running soon, but have to walk on my heel right now.

"2 more you pussy"

then it hits his foot around the :33 second mark

he still got like 2-3 more reps after he dominated his foot though.

Great lift man, but that must kill your toes, thats one wide stance.

it took some work with flexibility, additional hip strength, and technique...but at this point i'm quite proud of my leverages and technique.

Now its time to get strong with it!!!

If I can hit 800 in the 198's it will put me on the top ten all time deadlift list...and top ten all time total. Buts its dependant on my pull.

If I can maintain my squat and bench they should make the top 20.

Hey Kabuki, do u have any links/advice to the kinds of stuff u do re the flexibility and hip strength work as I've just switched to sumo and having trouble with both? Cheers!
