Brutal.

How would doing them with a BB compare to the real wheel?

i went to dicks sporting good and got one for 12 bucks, with that shipping its alot.

I did 4 standing last nite for 2 sets and then 3 sets of 10 from the knees. I plan on working up to 3 sets of ten then trying my weight vest on.

what do those work for you?

Look absolutely excruciating for the last 5-10 reps - and at your size - incredible!!

I've done 50+ from my knees but I can't do a single rep standing like that. That is simply amazing.

Its funny I just use a screw lock dumbell with a couple 10lb plates that is not locked in all the way, seems to work,I did a nice fat face plant when I tried to do one standing tho!!! Great stuff Kabuki.

fack thats stout. I found since i cant do standing ones, i elevated my shins on a block and do them from there, its intermediated between standing and kneeling, and damn does it rip your lower abs apart. Definately have to bring up that weak point before i attempted the standing ones again.

Brutal.

How would doing them with a BB compare to the real wheel?

I do them with a barbell(45 lb plate on each side) and i can tell you they are 10x harder that way

its always great to see your vids kabuki. Good to have you on this board.

I really enjoyed your high rep deadlift videos
