If you are a "furry" guy, you will never have a good idea of what your body "really" looks like until the fur goes away and you can actually see the lines the fur was hiding. I know the shaving concept may seem a little foreign. Especially if you are not yet big enough to really consider yourself a bodybuilder. Nontheless it will really help you guage your progress. And if you are REALLY furry, like myself, the only problem will be the fact that you probably won't want it to grow back out. So make sure your wife or girlfriend knows what she's in for.

for the very hair people shaving can be difficult. Hair constantly clogging the razor. Nair for men works fast and removes everything. Used it once so I good judge my progress without a scued veiw. It is now 5 weeks later and u can't even tell I did it

Jan Tana makes a product that works also. Painless unless you get it on your nipples. It smells funky but its better than razor burn anyday.

If you have sensitive skin you might want to watch out, but I am a pretty hairy guy and it worked fine for me. Wash off in the shower... it can get messy.

I use electric clippers to keep the hair mowed down on my chest; it's pretty thick. I think it's a #1 or #2 guard...it's an easy way to see what's going on under the hair without committing to shaving.

I have, in the past shaved in the summer and here's one hint:

Get yourself one of the net balls at the grocery; they'll be hanging with the bodywash/soap/girlystuff. Your gal may all ready have one in the shower.

Anyway use it daily one the shaved parts....it goes a long way towards preventing ingrown hairs.
