Here is also a 120kg(264lb) front squat.

Thanks to all forumites who have answered my queries about deads and front squats.

Is a 5 plater(507lb) DL realistic by Christmas? Or New Year's Eve?

It could be possible but really hard to say not knowing you. I have seen people put 100lbs on their squat in that amount of time. Just do your best.

I have collars that weigh 5 lbs so 5 plates with collars is 5 bills on the money, actually it's about 10 lbs heavier since I have all my plates weighed and most are heavy:D

I don;t even want to call him because then I have to listen to it. it basically goes like this eh-eh-eh-eh-eh-eh-eh-eh-eh-eh-eh-eh-eh-eh- its busy its busy- eh-eh-eh-eh-eh-eh-eh

The eh is him trying to make the busy noise.

Just wondering, what's the difference in pulling figures between your DOH grip and mixed grip?

i would think that depends on your grip strength. I can usually go up to about 365 but my buddy who can pull the same amount of weight can only do 275-315.
