Lighten the load by a bit to emphasis technique for the vids.
Front squat-5 x 90kg
Deadlift-1 x 160kg

Just wondering if the front squats are still too knee dominant...

For your front squats, it looks like you are on your toes a bit much. Try really being back on your heels more... could be your shoes that are causing this.
For deads, same thing. Sit back a bit more and drive with your heals.

If you notice at the start of the deadlift your hips come up a bit and your shoulders go forward, bringing your scapula's over the bar. This is happening because you are not in the correct starting position, and your body is adjusting itself into the right position.
