I just wanted to post to let everyone know that I have been following IA’s Modified Westside routine and I really cannot give it enough praise! Please believe me that this routine is the nuts when I say it. I had tried strength work before and I never really had success in getting much stronger. Well, each and every week I add a big ole pile of weight to the bar and it is AWESOME. Screw being a bodybuilder…. The PowerBuilder is born! HAHA! I am going for a 500 pound squat and pull and a 350 pound bench. May not be the best numbers in the world, but not bad considering 185 used to bury me in the squat and bench! If you are looking to add some strength, believe me give IA a holler
