Has anyone used Matt Furey's Combat Conditioning program to lose fat? If so, was it effective in losing fat while maintaining or gaining muscle? How about uphill sprints? Thanks in advance.

Yeah i tried it... save your money. It will lead to overtraining. Have you ever seen Matt Furey? He is a lard ass. He makes it sound like neck bridging cures cancer or something.

furey isnt much more than an accomplished salesman imo. nothing he puts out is new, he is just recycling stuff thats been around for ages. there's nothing inherently "wrong" with what he terms "combat conditioning", it's just the basic b.w.e type of regime that lots of wrestlers etc have done for ages.
and it, or anything else, won't work for keeping muscle on you whilst losing fat if you ain't got your diet right!
