225 was done after 365. Critique, and suggestions please.

my depth needs to be lower, and my back needs to be tighter/stronger? rack pulls?

225 for 10 looked fine although you are not quite hitting depth. For a BB'er no problem though.

The 365 x 2 shows a need for more spinal erector and ab strength, likely hammies too.

i'm thinking:

ME days will be GMs 2x3-5, leg press, Lat Pully abs, maybe some pull-throughs for 10-15 reps

DE, keep the box squats at 50%, 45 back raises, and situps with plates behind the head (I used to do DB on chest, but plate behind the head is much harder)




I don't have access to glute ham raise, or reverse hypers.

I've never seen myself squat before, and it looks like, since I bend over so much, if my back can support it, my legs will have no choice but to catch up.

EVERYONE can do a GH, there are about 20 ways in any gym without having a GH machine.
