Unless you are a mesomorph--AND know they don't cause a rebound, I would not recommend anything stronger than l-tryrosine, or chocomine, and coffee.

Am currently doing 3 - 6 g l-Tyrosine in split doses (one upon waking, the other directly pre-workout) and I'm loving the stuff.

I 2nd that. SHOW ME one bit off of pub med or other MEDICAL online service.
Guess we are all going to get those since there is tyrosine in every protein food you eat.

I would provide support for IA here, but I just took some tyrosine and now I can't remember what to type, and when I do remember it just seems all to much to handle ...

There was a thread on this in the hardgainer forum that trouble was talking about. Turned mostly into a thread about supplements as I recall, but just think of the guys with guts and just no muscle. There are a lot of people who are all bones but aren't "cut."

This is the problem with google and places like webmd. This is why people still want to tell us that protein causes kidney damage.

Tyrosine is WAY underrated. Very very very cheap at Bulk Nutrition.
Tyrosine should actually HELP the dopamine deficiency present in Parkinson's & Depression.
