Is just me or is it seem when your leaing up you start to see good progress in all other parts of your body except the oblique and stomach area lol I remember IA telling me its the first to come on and the last to come off... im just wondering whats gonna happen im gonna get lean everywhere and then ill start loosing the fat on my sides and lower back lol. I look in the mirro and i just kinda of push my waist in to get a idea of what i would look like with a small waist and man does it change your physique completely. i want a day 33-34inch waist and my same width ill be happy guy :)

I hear you man, ask IA how much I bother him about that! I have all kinds of ab showing, exept lower abs, even veins in my hips, but yet, no lower abs. Finally said fawk it, and now trying to gear towards muscling up, Im just gonna spin my wheels trying to get leaner and leaner at 170 about 9%.

i would love to be 8-9% shit i would happy... my mid sections isnt nearly as bad as the amount i can grab on my sides... those love handles i can grab a hand ful and im doing the cardio so hopefully it will slowly strip off my waist at the moment is 37inches. Im doin 8-10 cardio sessions a week if it doesnt come off with cardio and diet then im using a knife lol jk

Have you considered lipostabil?? I have not used it but I know many at Animal's board have and have experienced success. Maybe someone on here has who wants to give feedback...

They just need a little patience :wink: . Both of these guys have made great progress and will be there soon enough.

IA is totally i post this out of frustration but at the same time id be lying if i didnt say i havent made progress.... but you know how it is you just always want more. But with the way the plan IA has gone so far i honestly dont see myself leaning up anymore then 4-6 more weeks tops. I have to let everyone know if your scared of doing cardio or think your gonna shrivel up into a little girl becuase of it TRUST ME you wont. This is week 3 of my 8-10sessions and i have lost a total of 1.5pounds of body weight. It working just as planned.

CARDIO, CARDIO, CARDIO.... (LOW INTENSITY)
atleast 45 minutes in the morning on empty stomach (if you are really in a hurry to loss the fat CARDIO prior to bed also(atleast three hours after eating, for atleast 45 minutes.) Guarantee to work. Don't loss more than 1 to 1.5 weekly, any more and your might be jeoperdising your muscle mass.

Your right bro the first 8weeks or so IA had to yell at me to do carido lol i just woudlnt do it or just be lazy as shit.... but now that i see its working you cant get me off the treadmill.... ive been trying to do first thing in the morning and before bed but however i end up doing it ive been getting a good 1-1.5 hours a day except days i train legs. And your right about dropping the weight if it was coming off to fast it would have to be a good chunk of muscle no way of loosing 8lbs in a week and it all being fat lol atleast not that i know of lol
