If you are a training client and have a question please email it to me. PM's are the last thing I look at. Why? Because my PM box is filled with stuff like this:
My name is ________ I am 19 years old and work out 5 days a week. I get a lot of protein, like 150 grams a day. I am wondering why you think 3 days a week training is enough. I like to lift weights and only 3 days is not enough. My routine is working great, I bench press 155 and curl 70 which is good for my age. Please tell me why I should do less.
To all those reading this, do NOT send me these types of PM's. I simply don't have time for them. Post them on the forum. There are TONS of very knowledgeable people that can answer your questions such as these.
Also a LOT of my trainees send me an email, and then immediately send me a PM telling me they sent me an email. If you sent an email I got it. And yes, I know email doesn't always work the way we want it to, but please don't send me another email within 24 hours asking if I got the email you sent the day before. It takes awhile to answer all the emails I get and longer when I constantly have to respond to people asking if they got the email. If I am late for something, please contact me--this happens, there is only one of me. But I am much more productive if I am not spending part of my day with stuff like this.
