From some of IA's trainees on there progress up to this date im curious to see how impressive some of your gains have been and how shocked you have been since doin low volume work. Im one of IA's trainnes but have had some set backs with school and just recnetly getting my wisdom teeth takin out OUCH! But im ready to go at it 100% im excited.

I have just started with AI and must admit I'm very excited. I spoke to him for the first time last night (UK time) and the guy is so enthusiastic its almost infectious. I literally wanted to run down to the Gym as soon as I put the phone down and start benching stuff.... I really can't wait to get started!

I have taken pictures of myself now (overweight 29% BF :( ...with little muscle). I will be taking pictures throughout my training and after a few months may post them for peeps to see any change. (obviously pending AI's permission).
