385x3. Think I weighed around 163 today. 3rd week back in the gym after my crash.

I meant to do a set from the side to have my form critiqued. Next time.

Looking way strong my friend, congrats. Couldn't tell 100%, but even with the front angle form looking pretty solid.

Give me a few weeks to get back in the groove and I'll be pulling 405 for a few reps in no time!

Thanks guys!

p.s. we have to play some gay shit sometimes, no one in the gym wants to listen to the stuff the owner and I like. That's why I've got a nice little IPOD to get me pumped up.

NIce pull brentman -- P.S. Lose the straps!!!

x2.........nice pulls! That is an awesome pull for your weight too.

If you want to use the straps you might as well pull dbl overhand.

NIce pull brentman -- P.S. Lose the straps!!!

Only use straps on my highest 2 sets.

Grips getting stronger from my warm-up sets, but I don't want my other body-parts to suffer b.c. of my grip.

As far as the over under with straps, it just strangely works better for me w/ the hooks.

Oh yeah, I had pulled 375x3 4 minutes prior to this video- I miscalculated my weights and screwed up the recording so I went ahead and bumped the weight up to 385 (my target weight) and went again.

Thanks for all the encouraging words, it feels good to have at least one decent lift for my weight.
