What is the fastest way for a girl that dont care much about muscle loss to lose max weight in a month or 1,5?
She will be lifting and doing cardio.
She just need a kickstart for motivational purpose.

She should care about muscle loss unless she would like to be fatter in future and have flabby body parts.

Bodyweight x 10 = amount of calories!
about 60/30/10 P/F/C split.
Carbs from green veggies.
10-15g of fish oil.
Morning cardio 3-5 times a week(uphill walking) 45min
HIIT 2-3times a week(anything would do fine. Latley i've been expetimenting with bicycle sprints. Results are great, recomend this for a "fat legged person" especially if calves are big, which is not desireable for a female)
The gym for 2 whole body sessions each week.
1 carb loading day for each 3 low carb days.
She should shed some serious fat using theese methods.
**note:
Depending on natural metabolism, macronutrient brakedown may differ. Numbers i've given are a non specific formula i use to judge drom. i.e. i have a person on bodyweight x 10 calories, and based on the progress after 15 days i react.
Hope i helped!
Cheers!

A couple of things, would we be able to get some stats on her, height, weight, bodyfat %, age, amount of time training and what type of training?
I would also be concerned about muscle loss, it is far more difficult for women to build muscle, muscle is the metabolically active tissue that requires more energy in the first place, and muscle is what gives the great shape to the body.
Just 'losing weight' for losing weight is really a dead end.
It is all about body recomposition, losing fat and building muscle.
It is possible to lose about 4-6 kg in this time in a healthy manner, and rule of thumb, that is also 4-6 % bodyfat loss.
The numbers on the scales may not correspond to body recomposition, I would also take measurements of her body before she starts training.
I am 164 cm and weigh between 62 - 64 kg usually, but I wear a UK size 6-10, size 26-28 inch jeans, and most people think I weigh 6-10 kg less because of how I look.
If she is just focused on the scales, she will just end up being smaller and still flabby/fat.

I find 50/50 pro/fat (+ your veggies) works better for fat loss but your mileage may vary.

Hi everyone, I've switched to a homemade diet for my one year old baby. I'm not exactly sure what would be a balanced diet for her. In the morning I feed her a boiled egg, shredded cheese with bread. Then for lunch I feed her a soup of chopped carrots, peas, corn, and chicken soup. At dinner I feed her brown rice with cooked vegetables. For snacks I feed her a little peanut butter, oatmeal, or plain yogurt with raisins. Is there anything I need to add or take away from her diet?

Keto, or the one Blake wrote up will work very well also.
And to mirror everyone elses response. She will NOT be happy if she loses 10 lbs and 6 is muscle. That makes you look worse not better.
