Please let us know how much per month you spend in total on all things lifting. Gym membership, protein powder, supplements, personal trainer ECT.
Thanks

he asked for protein powder...so I'm assuming he's asking food which gets complicated lol.
How does "I haven't a clue and don't want to know" sound?

I spend about 50 bucks a month in protein powder and around 500 monthly in food...I train at home so there aren't really any other expenses...
my supps go a long way and my food is the most expensive, i also train at my school for free.

369/year for gym membership
6-7 lbs whey a month
2ish lbs powder carb a month
My parents buy most of my food so I'm lucky on that part. All said and done probably not over 100$ a month.

$500 of food would last me 3 weeks.
With food I spend about $800 a month
Without food I spend about $200 to $250.

It's not uncommon for new trainees to tell me they take 200-500 a month in supps.
NOT needed, but if you have money to burn (and MANY do) why not.

food is what kills me as well, I have to stay in the 3500-4000 range to stay injury free and keep performance up and it gets expensive because I try to eat as organic as possible. The meat is usually what kills me.

do count food...but just the difference between what you would spend normally and what you spend with your lifting lifestyle
Example
before lifting = $200 per month on grocery's
lifting = $350 per month on grocery's
you spend $150

Ok, I could realistically edit mine from less than 100, to 100-200.

Before parents bought everything. Now I buy everything lol. Doesn't exactally work.
Before I'd never heard of organic. Now I wish I had more money to only buy it.
Including extra groceries I buy, I'd change my vote to $200-300 easy..

My total costs fluxuate depending on the month. Most month including extra food is 200-300 range, I go the bulk powder route so months I need to restock add another 2 bills to that number. A fresh supply of bulk powders tend to last me a good 3 months though.

I'm just on so many because I am in the process of regulating insulin tolerance, gH, testosterone, and morning and evening cortisol levels. Gets costly to get a screwed up body back on track.
