If I wanted to make a solid meal more anabolic with BCAAs, how would I do it?

Let's say I wanted to use 30g of BCAAs with a meal. How should it be taken for maximal effect?

Like 10g before, 10 during, 10 after? Or 20g before, 10 during? All 30g during? Any ideas?

They cause an insulin spike so wouldn't you just take them before? Just guessing here of course.

thanks for your positive contribution to the thread.

Don't know how large of an insulin spike you are wanting to achieve. A solid protein, carb, fat meal is anabolic enough imo.

Animal basically contends that BCAA are worthless due to the idea that supplemental alanine will do everything the bcaa's do -
Leucine use etc
The thread is a sticky in the chemical anarchy forum called Leucine equals key to muscle growth but not due to insulin rise
