What is the most effective method to calculate the 1RM,3RM,5RM,6RM,ect?

Actually doing them. There is no sure way to calculate them, everyone has different muscle fiber make up

Diesel46 is right on. The only way to truly know what your various RMs are is going going to the gym, getting under the bar and working your ass off.

Most effective way is just doing them like they mentioned.
If I get just a 3RM , 5RM, or 1RM, I can usually guess any others pretty accurately for me. But that is just an experience thing.
