IA,
How does DC eventually cycle off of his 4 week on 2 week cruise cycles. From what I've read and understood it sounds like he stays on this type of cycle for about 6 months but I just couldn't find out how he comes off at the end of that 6 months. Is it like any other standard 8 to 12 week cycle.
thanks

exmgg makes a very good point--lol. Being on for 6 weeks, or 6 months is the same thing as far as MOST peoples bodies are concerned. If you are shut down, your'e shut down. It will take about the same lenght of time to get back up and running after 6 weeks as 6 months regardless of what the unknowing might tell you.

Well, I thought the same thing but I guess when I read his post on it, it sounded like he only advocated 6 months at a time. But I agree with both you, why go off, I just thought maybe I was missing something.
