lots of fads and lots of bs.i trust IA and u other savy guys here to cut thru this bs.
is there any merit in applying any of this info?concerning using a compound exercise first,then a stretch position exercise,then finish up with a contraction focused exercise?
worthwhile or just another pile of horseshit?
