Its past a lot of weight! Just unracking it and holding it statically would injure most lifters.

2) When did you start training with weights?

I started weight training at age 18. Right from the start I was strong. The first time I ever lifted I squatted 500lbs and deadlifted 600 pounds. Lads from the gym thought I had trained before, but no, it was my first time. That's when it all started.

So he had squated and deadlifted more than most of us could ever hope to on his first hit.....bastard.

Nope.


Technically, you can't judge depth from the front because of the camera angle and shit.

But no he looks high, just like most of the WPO squats....

Looks parallel to me.... I was actually quite impressed with the depth compared with some of the other vids I've seen but I could be wrong.
