How is the form?

465 form is a little better IMO. On 475 my ass came up a little and I had to use my lower back a lot more to get it up.

Thoughts?

no point to have a spotter when you are in a rack. Worst that could happen is a make a lot of noise haha.

Nice lifts, 500 is not far away! ....can't expect 100% perfect form when doing maxes anyway.

My only suggestion might be to hurry up on your setup, you're stepping back pretty far from the rack . You will save more energy if you can just take one little step back, and a quick shuffle to get your feet in place. This was something that was pointed out to me a while back after I posted a similar video...........i'm still working on it myself. :)

I'm absolutely with F-Mac here - that was the only thing I could really think of for the 465 lift.
For thr 475, I think you have your legs shift inward a little.....but it's not really avoidable with maxes I think.

However, VERY strong and solid lifts! Have you collected your plates yet to put 500 on the bar? :)
