I searched for videos on power cleaning but only found one of some guy doing them and someone told him it was incorrect form.

Can someone post a video of what a good formed power clean looks like?

Jump shrug huh, so its a deadlift followed by a jump and a shrug? :spin:

It looks like a snatch without the overhead catch. I would imagine that you can combine that with overhead squats to train weak points in the snatch.
