I still think it looks like a good way to get hurt, but then I have never done them so I don't know.Remember Louie Simmons saying, "if it is 100% safe, it's useless."

I understand what your talking about, but when you try doing one arm exercises it's surprising how the bar balances. Adding more weight is another matter though. :p
