Forums/Boards with what you need!
Animal's Board, You know and gotta love the guy. A true pioneer
at top level performance techniques and chemical anarchy. Carries
lots of great products for the performance minded. The training
section called "The Realm of Doggcrap and Iron Addict"
has TONS of real world training info. The "cycles on pennies"
thread resides there, and is "must read" for anyone
dedicated to weight training. http://www.animalkits.be/
Gaining Mass, the title says it all. Its a newer board, but ran
by people that are are dedicated to your success. There is a section
called the "Iron Training Forum" where they have a section
dedicated to my ranting's. Patronize this board! It is quality!

Dedicated to the "Hardgainer", and those less than
genetically gifted trainees out there. This man's (Staurt McRobert)
work and passion to help those get a grasp of what training needs
to be like for the true hardgainer has been a revelation for THOUSANDS
of trainees. I can truly say Stuart changed my life.

Visual Aids, no not that kind!
This site has a LOT of info on the various muscle groups, and
what excercises are often used. A nice feature is "quick
time" movies of the lifts being performed. The form used
is sometimes WAY off of what it should be, but it is a handy reference
if you are not sure of what the lift should be perfomed like.
